How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → BaitIQ → Cancel.
Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → BaitIQ → Cancel.

How do I delete my account?

Open the App → Profile → Account → Delete Account. Or email us at support@baitiq.app.

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Sign in with the same account. In the Profile screen, tap "Manage Subscription" → "Restore Purchases."

The App can't access my location.

Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → BaitIQ → set to "While Using the App."

I'm not getting notifications.

Settings → Notifications → BaitIQ → enable "Allow Notifications."

I have a billing or refund question.

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google. iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com. Android: Play Store refund help.
